Template:Help

Adding the "Help" template to 'the top of an article produces the following message:

This article needs your help to improve. Please contribute by adding text or images.

It also adds the article to the category Help needed. This allows all users and administrators to keep track of which articles need help most acutely. this template may be attached to an article by including the text {{Help}} to the top of an article. Be careful not to include this template to the bottom of an article or within a sentence, as the image may be ignored or may disrupt the article itself.
